Summary

Unit 6 describes the knitting production techniques for the special 2D and 3D textile structures discussed in the previous units. Weft and warp knitting machines techniques for the production of special 2D and 3D structures are discussed, also spacer fabrics, and DOS, including the multi-axial techniques.
